Lecture Notes

I will post them here in Adobe's portable document format (pdf) as they evolve.  I will try to make notes available a few days before the corresponding lecture.  I recommend that you print them and bring them to the lecture. A free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded to your PC and used to read them.  Alternatively, you can get them at Copy Central on Northside. They are copies of the slides I use in lecture and are basically outlines of what I plan to say in class, not complete transcriptions of the actual lectures.  Please be patient with technological glitches and inevitable typographical errors.
