Workshop: Integrating Computing in the Statistics Curricula

Registration

There is no registration fee, but space is limited and pre-registration is required. The workshop will be listed as a closed session in the JSM program.

Send email to <statcur@stat.berkeley.edu> to reserve a space at the workshop. Please include a brief paragraph explaining why you want to attend the workshop and what you hope to get from it.

Funding

Subject to final approval on the National Science Foundation, the workshop will be supported in part by grant NSF DUE 0618865. Funds are available for participants to cover most of two nights of accomodation for those who need it. If you use the ASA hotel reservation system be sure to note that you will require the two additional nights lodging for Thursday, July 29 and Friday, July 30.

Additionally, funds for travel are available for a small number of junior faculty. At the time that you request to participate in the workshop, please indicate your travel and lodging needs.
