The workshop will take place in the Cheakamus Room of the Fairmont Waterfront. (Note that the workshop will be listed as a closed session in the JSM program.)
We recommend using the ASA hotel reservation system to book your accommodations. Be sure to note that you will require the two additional nights lodging for Thursday, July 29 and Friday, July 30.
Funds are available for participants to cover most of the two nights of accomodation ($400 - $450) for those who need it.
The workshop will begin will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day with a 1 hour break for lunch at noon. The detailed agenda is now available.
Refreshments will be provided in the morning and afternoon. Participants will be responsible for their meals.
