Getting to the Wozniak Lounge: Sunday's meeting will be on campus at the Wozniak Lounge in Soda Hall. Soda Hall is on the north side of campus. The workshop hotels are on the south side of campus. The easiest way to get to Soda Hall is to enter campus at Telegraph Avenue (Sproul Plaza) head toward straight north, past the bell tower, and exit at North Gate, at the corner of Hearst and Euclid. Walk east up Hearst (to the right) to the corner of Hearst and LeRoy. Soda Hall is the large green-tiled building on the corner. Turn left on LeRoy, and enter Soda via the first door along LeRoy. All of the other doors will be locked because it is Sunday. If you find this door locked, knock loudly or use you cell to call one of us.
Getting to MSRI: Monday and Tuesday's events will be held up the hill behind campus at the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute. The university operates a shuttle bus to MSRI. The Hill bus, or H-line, leaves from campus every half hour from 7:40 am until 6:10 pm. They leave from the Mining Circle in front of Campbell Hall. The 8:40 bus will get you to MSRI in time for the 9:00 start. Bus fare is $1, exact change required, bills are accepted.
Getting to 1011 Evans Hall: Wednesday's meeting will take place on campus, on the 10th floor of Evans Hall. Evans Hall is on the western side of the Mining circle, close to the bus stop for the Hill bus to MSRI.
