Customer Satisfaction Survey

The data in the file survey.dat consists of the results of a customer satisfaction survey carried out by a hotel. The variables involved are:
  1. A variable taking on the value Yes or No, depending upon whether or not the respondent would return to the hotel in the future.
  2. A variable taking on the value Male or Female representing the sex of the respondent
  3. A numeric variable representing the number of days stayed, and
  4. A numeric variable representing satisfaction with the hotel: a value of 0 means not satisfied, and a value of 1 means satisfied.
