Employment/SSI Data

(multiple data sets)

1. Create SAS data sets using the employment data set, and the ssi data set. Note that one of the data sets does not have an observation for each state.
2. Merge the two data sets by state, and create two data sets: one with observations in both data sets, and one with observations which appear in only one data set.
3. Do states with high levels of unemployment pay more or less SSI benefits than states with low levels of unemployment?
