Comparison of Colleges

(data input, missing values, sorting and summarizing)

1. Create a SAS data set using the college data set, converting the values recorded as asterisk (*) to a missing value for each variable.
2. Create a summary data set, by state, with the mean value of some variables of interest (like tuition, average SAT score, etc.)
