This archive contains 5 files:
sites{10,25}.csv are files containing time-invariant information for the PM10 and PM2.5 monitoring sites.  
monthly{10,25}.zip are zipped csv files containing the monthly PM data.

Field information for all files is in dataDictionary.txt.
