Filter significant genes

This file first focuses on significant genes of genotype-difference in DE_Splitspline analysis (results/RemapYear123/DE_splitsplines). Next we identify the following genes:

• DE in BTx642 but not RTx430 -> GeneSet_geno_Postflowering_DE_BT642_but_not_RT430.tsv

• DE in RTx430 but not BTx642 -> GeneSet_geno_Postflowering_DE_RT430_but_not_BT642.tsv

A gene is significant when its adjusted p-value < 0.05.
