These files are not specific to a year, but change depending on the type of run. We list them all here, even if not relevant to this particular run

• 623 Annotation for the YearX runs, using mapping to the 623 genome
• 642 Annotation for the BT642YearX runs, analyzing only the BT642 samples, using the mapping to the resequenced BT642 genome
• 430 Annotation for the RT430YearX runs, analyzing only the RT430 samples, using the mapping to the resequenced RT430 genome
• Orthogroups Annotation for the RemapYearX runs, analyzing samples of both genotypes jointly, using the mapping to the resequenced RT430 genome and BT642 genome, and then using ortholog groups to classify the genes.
