Teaching

I enjoy teaching at all levels, from freshmen to advanced graduate students. In recent years I have taught Statistics 230A (Linear Models), Statistics 153 (Time Series Analysis), Statistics 272 (Statistical Consulting), Statistics 102 (Introduction to Mathematical Statistics), and Statistics 200B (Introduction to Statistics at an Advanced Level), Statistics 20, Introduction to Probability and Statistics, and Statistics 2, Introduction to Statistics. In addition to these courses I am directing the thesis work of graduate students and supervising undergraduate research. I have written a text book to be used at the Advanced Undergraduate or Masters level: Mathematical Statistics and Data Analysis, published by Brooks-Cole. The book contains a large number of real data sets which you can download as a compressed shar file.
