Jordan Brooks received his Master of Public Health in 2008 and is currently a PhD student in Biostatistics. His research focuses on Targeted Maximum Likelihood Estimation (TMLE) with longitudinal data in both observational study and clinical trial settings. He is currently developing TMLE software in the R statistical computing language, and has recently joined a research team focused on comparative effectiveness research in atrial fibrillation. In addition, Jordan has published several research articles on life expectancy of persons with disabilities and related topics. He is the 2009 recipient of the MacKeith Press Promising Career Award from the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. |
