ANALYSIS OF TIME SERIES
subtitle: Random Process Data Analysis: Models and Methods
Meant for graduate students in Statistics and other Departments
The course work will be directed towards the students preparing an analysis of pertinent scienfific data.
Discussion sessions will be directed to teaching the pertintent material concerning the statistical package R, particularly the time series functions, and to helping the students with realizing their Scientific Papers
PrerequisitesCourse in statistical inference, advanced calculus, linear algebra
The Paper The Scientific Paper / Report constitutes the FINAL EXAM for the course.
Discussion sessions will be directed to teaching the pertintent material concerning the statistical package R, particularly the time series functions, and to helping the students with realizing their Scientific Papers.
The course grade will come from combination of the Paper Proposal and the Paper
A Proposal is due March ? at class and the Report is due Monday May 11 under my office door, 417 Evans before 2pm.
