ApoA1 Data
The scanned images were processed using the software Spot. Segmentation was performed using the seeded region growing algorithm and background intensities were estimated by morphological opening. The first 8 pairs of columns (cjG,cjR) correspond to the Cy3 and Cy5 intensities for the 8 control mice; the last 8 pairs of columns (kjG,kjR) correspond to the Cy3 and Cy5 intensities for the 8 knock-out mice.
N.B.
- Not all clones have been sequence verified.
- The 8 clones identified in the paper have been sequence verified and their identity checked. Their row numbers in the data matrix are 2149, 4139, 5356, 1739, 540, 1496, 2537, 4941.
