The dates and times of the supervised teaching activities in
a local school will be discussed in class.
The seminar is for students who are interested in improving their
ability to communicate mathematical concepts. It will include supervised
teaching activities in a local school, including the design
and implementation of a hands-on activity for teaching a statistical or
mathematical concept.
- Expectations:
- Paid tutoring (weekly) in local math and stat classes
- Develop a classroom demo or activity
